If they are free of charge, how does Conference Line make money?

Conference Line has a very close co-operation with a large number of hotels. In exchange for the reservations we make, Conference Line receives commission from these hotels.

Does our room rate increase to pay the commission to Conference Line?

No. The discounted rates Conference Line gets from the hotels are considerably lower than the standard rates. The commission that Conference Line receives comes out of these rates. The prices will not be increased.

What can you do if I don’t know the hotel I want to stay in?

Conference Line always looks for accommodation that suits your wishes. This way, you will always be sure of accommodation that is in tune with your wishes. Of course it is always possible to provide you with brochures of the hotels.

What happens if I want to change or cancel my reservation?

This is not a problem. The cancellation policy is always stated on your confirmation. If you inform us about the changes before the stated time and date, Conference Line will take care of the rest.

What if I want to make a reservation that will take place in different locations, or even different countries?

This is not a problem. Conference Line co-operates with a number of different international hotel chains.

What are the costs for arranging a seminar or a meeting for more then one day?

There are no costs. All the members of our staff are experienced in arranging a several day meeting. Arranging technical equipment isn’t a problem too. All the services of Conference Line are free of charge.

Do I have to register, before I can profit from the services that Conference Line provides?

No. The only thing you have to do is give us the details of the reservation and some additional information about your company, like the phone- and faxnumber and an e-mail address.

Can I profit from your services if I only book a few times a year?

Of course. It is not important how often you make reservations through Conference Line. Every time you make a reservation through Conference Line, you will profit from our discounted rates.

Where is the catch?

There is no catch. The services Conference Line provides are free of charge. Even better, the more you book through Conference Line, the better the discount we can negotiate. As you can see, both parties involved profit from the co-operation.
